I'd probably look like an idiot if I tried to interview her.
Went to see the movie on Thurs and enjoyed it. It was funny yet had some really emotional spots that even got to Mark. I too was surprised and happy to see that Lauren had more screen time then I thought. She is always so good and her emotional scenes make me cry every time. They were talking about the 10 most-seen movies in the US this past week on the radio, and Middle School was 8th, which I didn't find bad against many blockbusters.

That's not bad. I wonder if it would have been higher if Lauren had hit a couple of talk shows to promote it. I guess what ifs don't matter though.

Saw this three times. What can I say, there's nothing exciting on TV. Actually, I always watch Lauren movies more than once bec I can't get enough of her. I noticed in most reviews and synopses, though, they had the character Leo's role wrong. They refer to him as Rafe's friend. I won't spoil it for you. I thought the movie would be an all-out comedy. Glad it had some drama, too. A tearjerker in fact. Lauren never fails to make me cry.

Just bought the Blu-ray/DVD/digital and yay there are special features: That Middle School Life, Middle School - The Worst/Making Movie - The Best, The Wedgie Wheel - Yolo: Behind Operation Rafe, Gag Reel, Deleted Scenes. Can't wait to watch it. Have to wait since I am taking down Christmas decorations first.
