Hey everybody!
This is a thread to discuss about a present we'd like to give Lauren from all of us, to express our admiration and love and especially to show her that no award can change her amazing acting skills! :love:

Our present:
Each one of us sends a postcard to their country coordinator who will send them to the US coordinator who will put them all in a photobook. Each country will have a banner with names/pics and we'll all write a letter together to explain.

Let's show the Academy how wrong they are!!!

No problem. I love that we have all these people that wanna help. It's awesome. Lauren really has the best fans.

I like the postcard idea. Very creative.

Could you toss me on the list? I can always be removed if something happens and I end up not being able to help out right?

Holy... I'm gone for a couple of days and what am I missing?! :P Could I please be added to the list, I'd love to participate!!!!

And just a couple of thoughts:
I remember once a girl, an artist made a drawing of Lauren, then she talked about it on a talk show, can't remember which right now, but I bet you've watched it, and I dunno if it was just me but it seemed that Lauren didn't like it much, she said something about having herself on hanging on a wall was kind of weird... that let me down because I like to draw and I would have liked her to see my drawings of her... I share this because of the poster with her pic and our pics, it's a good idea, but I'm not sure...

Another thing I'd like to share is that the fans of Dakota Fanning sent her a really original DVD on her bday with short videos and slideshows of their greeting cards (mostly banners) I think that was great, and a lot of fans here make amazing videos, so we could do that instead/too. I have no Win Movie Maker knowledge but I know how to make DVD's with menus...

Just my thoughts, I'd like to participate on anything you decide :D

Question: if we each send a postcard from our city...do we make our own postcard? or how does this work? lol. i'm confoosed. Our names are on the list...now what do we do? (i'm leaving for vaca the 23rd and was wondering what the directions for us were!)

I think you buy a postcard that represents your city or shows something about your town/city and then you write something Lauren on the back of it.

At least I think that's what's going on. I guess we should finalize everything, in case people want to get started so we aren't sending the book to Lauren after s7 is over :lol:
