We thought this thread would be a fun thread idea. Lauren and Matthew (Matty, as some like to call him ) have been friends for a really long time, and we know some people were introduced to Lauren through their Matthew love and to Matthew through Lauren.

We thought it would be fun to appreciate them together.

Let's try to keep the keep the speculation and gossip to a minimum. It would be best to keep this a friendly place and gossip-free appreciation thread. As far as we know they are just friends. If you think they make a cute couple, that's great, but keep in mind that we want to be respectful of Lauren's personal life. Matthew: I think why Lauren and I aren’t together is largely a timing issue every time.
[Lauren cracks up]
Faith: Oh, why you guys haven’t worked out?
Matthew: Yeah, different timing problems.
[Lauren puts her head on Matty's shoulder]
Faith: I hope that works out for you.
Lauren and Matthew: [both simultaneously] Thanks.
Faith: You kids might have a future together.
Lauren: Totally. We definitely have a past... Anyway.
Faith: Well, now.
[Matty shakes head]
Lauren: It just was like a thing to walk into…
Matthew: That was the sauciest thing I’ve ever heard her say.

(although I'm having a hard time finding my source for that information.)

I have 3 photos from the same event. They're tagged "laurengrahamfan.com", which doesn't appear to exist any more.)

Does Lauren look younger now or is it just me?

Guys, Katka and I talked about this and we have decided it's not proper to post every talk show appearance and promo for Matt's new show on this thread. There's a Matthew Perry thread on the Friends board and that's the best place for this kind of news.
As happy as we are for his new show, this thread is about their friendship and not about their individual projects. If either of them talks about the other in a tv appearance, article or anything else, then this is the right place to post it. Anything else concerning Matt alone should go in his thread.

Jen, that is a cute pic of them. As much as I love Lauren and Peter together, I miss seeing Lauren and Matthew together. I wonder if they still see each other from time to time. As friends of course.

I'm all for a new title. BFF doesn't get me. Maybe it can be something about them both having new shows or making joked no one else understands.

I just think they are Best Friends (Forever) even if they are no longer a couple.

Sarah in my mind they still hang out, don't all the celebrities have big parties together on the weekends ;)

Just to make it clear to any new comers I didn't do the first post, just copied it from the last thread.

I was watching the sundance interviews. It's been a long time since I watched them for the first time.

The title could be " 'cause he gets girlier drinks " or something. They joke about it in one of the interviews. The guy asks about their coffee and Lauren says she's got a capuccino and Matty got a latte and then she says his drink was girlier.

I didn't realize latte was a girlie drink, I normally get cappuccino anyway :)

So who likes 'cause he gets girlier drinks?

Anyone catch The VIEW with Matthew recently, I was just wondering the 'Friends with benefits' he was talking about, any chance that was Lauren around the time they were both single and doing Birds of America press tour?

Truth is Matthew has been dating some actress named Lizzy Caplan, so that's probably why there hasn't been any sightings. ;)

She was a leading lady to Jason Ritter´s character in the tv show the Class. Everything is connected.lol
