Finally a good amount of Drew, nice ending. Some Sarah and Zeek. Plus Sarah finding out about Ryan, love that scene. The Kristina stuff was good this week, so sad her mom can't find the time to see her daughter at this time, good thing Camille was there. Also Julia trying to bond with Victor and learn Spanish. Max was annoying at the start but I liked the 'what happens in...' pack he made with Kristen during their time together.

Finally, an episode I really liked.

Loved the Sarah/Amber scene!!!

Still missing Mark but the episode was good enough to almost make up for his absence.

Lauren looked pretty.

I didn´t like how Drew played the cancer card.

When I first read the sides for the college guy we had no idea the ep would end that way.

I liked all of the Lauren we got, even if the other men in her life were missing this week.

I didn't like it at all and at the same time I was still hoping for him. One of those things where you can dislike someones actions immensely yet still like the person.

I would like to see the dynamics of Drew/Amy and Mark/Sarah all in the teeny apartment.

Let me start off with Adam. I know that he has reason to act that way he has been, but this week I found him very annoying. I just wanted him to shut up! Am sorry, but that's how I felt. That aside, this was a good episode. The cancer storyline didn't overtake the episode like I thought it would. The saddest part was Kristina's Mom not wanting to be there for her. Thank goodness for Camille! Finally Joel and Julia have some more screen time! No mention of her not working anymore. Thought that might have come up? It was a Sarah light episode but the scenes that we got I really enjoyed. Especially the first scene with Amber. I know people don't like refering back to Gilmore Girls, but I did feel Lorelai's presence in that scene. Loved her outfits this week. I want that pink shirt! No Mark, **sad face** but am kinda getting used to that now! And I agree with you all, Drew playing the cancer card, not cool!

I didn't really see it as Drew using the cancer card, he explained where Amy's gift came from and moved on.

He used it for Amy to feel sorry for him. and she did. The worst part was when he talked about over and over at the end and got what he wanted.

This was a good episode, im so happy Parenthood is back

Adam annoys me a lot these days, just want to tell him to calm down.

Felt sorry for Kristina, shame her mum couldnt be there, youd think she would make the effort.

Tut tut tut Drew, not cool!!

Loved the Sarah/Amber scene and all other Sarah and Amber scenes in this episode

Nice to see Joel and Julia too! Very light Crosby...

Until next week...

I kind of wish there were more than just 3 Sarah scenes, but I really did enjoy her first two a lot, w/Amber and then at Zeek's work. I agree w/Kizzy I did get a Lorelai vibe there when she got really excited about Amber's newest boy haha.

I really like Amber and Ryan together, they both seem really good for each other. Understandable about Zeek's concern for his granddaughter but Amber's a pretty strong person who's gone through a lot in the past, I think she can handle it.

Kind of disappointed about Drew using Kristina's cancer to get him what he wanted with Amy. I do feel sorry for him too though, that he can't seem to get over her yet.

Loved seeing Victor so happy with his old friend, hope he'll get more adjusted with his new friends too. Loved Julia learning Spanish too, cute.

I'm surprised Adam isn't sick as well, with all the stress he keeps bottled up inside. Definitely a good idea on Crosby's part to take him out and let him talk. Camille and Kristina at the end was really sweet. I'm super curious about Kristina's family. Hope they'll shed some light on that sometime in the future.

This episode was pretty good! well balanced and no Hank was nice.
If only Mark had been there.

loved the sarah/amber scene.. about dam time.

I didn`t like that Drew played the cancer card either.

Adam needs to calm the hell down. I know he is scared and stressed out but.. just annyos me.

Camille was so great with Kristina.

Liked the Julia/Joel/Victor story.

So.. Lauren was in 3 scenes this week.. that`s not enough.

Oh Drew... not cool.

Amber/Sarah scene was awesome

Julia learning Spanish/Mexican is really cute.

I'm very happy Hank wasn't in this episode. And Lauren being in it so little - well, the length and/or humor of the 3 scenes made up for it, a little.

Are you kidding me ?!?!?
Parenthood just made 3 female cast members look like total ***** and you 'loved' it????

1-Amber rushes into sleeping with her 2nd fling this season-News flash for you, sex does NOT equal love.

2-Sarah's exited that Amber just slept with a random guy and wants to know the details, ewwww. And then she gets REALLY excited when Amber thinks she likes this one. Shouldn't Amber find out if she's serious about a guy BEFORE she sleeps with him, shouldn't that be the parenting advice and not the other way around. Sarah needs to learn she's a Parent and not a friend.

3-Then there's Amy, in the morning Jake takes her to school and that evening she's doing Drew.

This was the worst Parenthood episode of all the seasons, here's The Good, the Bad.and the Ugly, with noteable exceptions:

Noteable exceptions:
Cristina hiding in Max's room talking to Adam
Crosby showing he's serious by offering to buy
Cristina/Camille's final scene saved the epsiode

The Good
Amber/Drew dropping off the basket-made me lol
Drew/Amy/Jake awkward moment
Sarah/Zeke in the shop talking about being a VET
The couple visiting Cristina

The Bad
Adam yelling at Max to walk the dog, like Max is over his Asperger's
Adam driving out of his way to tell Camille how to act, wouldn't they have already gone over that?
The Lunchenette being OVERLY dirty. Didn't this scene already happen? (Production error-it should've been a 1/3 of what it was then Adam's reaction would've had more meaning)
The bar scene with 'rude' guy, didn't we know Adam was stressed by the OVER chaotic breakfast scene.
Amber/Ryan playing mini golf, it was bad because Ryan can't acted and there was no chemistry between the two.
Drew/Amy at school, teens don't talk this way, this was kept out of Ugly section by Grace of 'creative license'
Sarah visiting Zeek at the Veterans Center, felt force and didn't fit in the flow of the show. Came off as empty filler.
Julia learning Spanish, like that was the reason Victor felt comfortable with an old friend.

The Ugly
Amber jumping in the sack with Ryan, what happened to going slow? How can the writer get slow right with Hank/Sarah but totally miss it with Amber. The writers are the ones that need to take a mulligan.

Drew, picking up on Amy's sensitivity to his aunt's cancer situation and using that to get intimate with her.

I liked this episode. The cancer storyline was well played, though I'm a bit tired of it. But it was fun to see Kristina and Max playing games and eating junk food.
Amber and Ryan are really cute! I'm curious to see how it develops. And I also hope there'll be many more shirtless scenes for Matt Lauria.
The Victor/Julia storyline was cute, I like the new kid a lot, but I wonder if we'll see more about Julia being off work, so far she's adjusted too nicely for someone as workaholic as her.
I was happy to finally see a good story involving Drew, and though I did not like at all how he played the pity card with Kristina's story, I find it pretty realistic... teenage boys (and not just them) will do just about anything to get laid.
My favorite scene was Sarah busting out Amber at her door. Lauren and Mae have such a great chemistry, it's a real pleasure to see them working together.

justlaff69- please moderate your tones.
