I like the style of the suit but the jacket doesn't seem to fit him well. Looks too loose.

Yea, perhaps, perhaps.

Looks too long on him and is making him look shorter. And slumping off his shoulders, not shaping and forming around them. Same with Richard Chai's.
He didn't design a good suit here.
