Ah amy adams.... The victim of crack-addicted americans. Amy has a fun and funky personality and went way before her time.... Let's remeber some good times and let American know that we care who they vote off.....Amy rox!

Amy definitely rocks! And I can’t believe that she’s out already. [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img] I thought she’d at least be around for a while.

I'm still mad that she's gone. I can't believe all that talent is going to be gone every week from here on out.

Please mind the spoilers. American Idol 3 is shown in a lot of countries, some of which haven't aired week 3's show yet.

Because it's American Idol and it's already been shown in America, it's technically not a spoiler...that's how it works on other boards anyways [img]smilies/look.gif[/img]

I liked Amy a lot. Sad to see her off the show so early.. she is clearly more talented than a couple of the others. [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img] I guess it all goes with preference though. [img]smilies/sigh.gif[/img]

I'm just sad that it took this long for a thread to be made about her and it made her getting kicked off for people to notice her talent more. I loved her from the beginning and she clearly deserved to stay. My favorite performance of hers was "Sin Wagon" from Country Week.

I'll miss Amy (and about a dozen other people who were robbed by whoever stole Paula's pot and then voted).

She was on Ryan's show Thursday and said she doesn't want to limit herself in terms of acting, etc. She wants to be the voice of a Disney princess. She said she and JPL would be wacky together off stage. I wish we could have seen some of that.

Leno also had her on last night, and they referred to each other as "Daddy" and "daughter." She sang "Dancing in the Streets" with the band going to and coming from commercial, Leno calling it the song she sang for "the family" on Thanksgiving. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

Well, I knew she was leaving anyway but it doesn't matter. [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]. But I thought that those boards only worked because they had spoiler threads themselves? I meant that the title of the thread was giving it away (well not entirely but it suggests that) - so does that mean that we're not suppose to come into this board until we've seen the show?

If thread titles were just appreciation titles - I guess it means for those of us outside the US if we step inside the threads we're doing it at our own risks to find out if they were eliminated. Do you see what I mean here? I wasn't being snarky or anything.

I really wish I would have known about her apperances because I really would have watched. I don't know if you all know this but Amy has kind of an official website, because the girl who runs it has gotten pictures from Amy and Amy's family.

I completely understand what you mean. I wasn't being snarky either. I've just been told this on other boards when I questioned the spoiler-hood of a title (I also live outside the US). Honestly I don't know if it's allowed here or not as I'm not the mod [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

But back on the Amy front - I agree with Cheri! My hubby and I picked her from the beginning. We just like the fact that she doesn't have the yell voice that some of the other ladies in the competition use [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
