 I was so shocked! So shocked I believed he was coming back to life for some reason. Then it never happened and when that scene in S3 with him and isabel i was bawling!!  __________________

That's so brutal  Like nobody even bothered trying to keep it a secret. I feel like I heard about it back then here, too. Like I remember people talking about his death, I THINK before it happened.__________________

I wish I hadn't known. And then in a way I'm glad I did know, because Alex was probably my third-favorite character back then, and it was good for me to be able to prepare myself.

Exactly - because I've totally seen shows where the writing was meh, and I just didn't care that the person died. Marissa in the OC was one of them
