Ahhh... Thanks for the cocoa, Indy (and Twee). It really hit the spot.
 Yum.I'm sooo tired. I finally got back to "my" room. Since I've been back from the Hospital, I've been seeing Therapy five times a week. When I was in Quarantine, we had to stay in my room and couldn't do much. Monday, I was "home", so I got enthusiastic...  My record walking was 20 feet, but I insisted I wanted to see how far I could go. Seventy-five feet is how far I could go.  Therapy was impressed. Tuesday, I was on the Moveo machine, doing what amounts to squats on an inclined rowing machine. See:https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q...92&FORM=VDQVAP I did 4 sets of 20 repetitions, plus a bunch of "transfers" - stand from bed, step and turn to wheelchair and sit; then to the Moveo, back to the wheelchair, and back to bed. Wednesday, more transfers and a very little walking. Today, 5 sets of 20 on the Moveo; two sets at a higher angle (it's variable). Plus transfers - we were on a more highly polished part of the floor up there, and my feet kept slipping out from under me while I was trying to stand up. The Therapy aides kept me from falling; I landed back in the wheelchair. No harm done, but it took fully as much effort as a proper stand, and we did it several times. Sooo tired.  I hope I'm getting stronger, but I know I'm getting tireder.  __________________

Indy I hope he gets the job that would be awesome at least that part of Cali isn't quite as hot as where I am. I love that area.

Hi, there, Cuddles.
Only 8 more days of school here. I'm still trying to get my flower planting done. We have gone from frost to near 80 degrees. |
