We had Dawn's birthday party Friday, but now her dad has died.

Cuddles has moved back to her old school for work.

Sending good vibes to Roswell Mod for a better year. :)

How about that Super Bowl. How about those Chiefs. What a game. I am not even a huge football fan I mean I enjoy watching football and the Super Bowl but I don't have a favorite team to root for but I enjoyed the game.

Did you get in touch with her? When did he pass away? How is she holding up?

Sadly, what you're describing is a pretty common thing, it feels like the only way to meet people now is online, dating apps with people like meat on display pfff :rolleyes:
The whole soulmates thing though... Liz & Max were fictional characters, and I'm not sure they were a good example at that. Relationships are complicated enough without setting unattainable standards for ourselves. I'm not saying anyone should settle but looking for an ideal is a tricky thing because it means you have to be someone's ideal too and that might be a lot to live up to. Just a thought.
This being said, that guy was a d!ck, from what you're describing he was clearly leading you on. I'll gladly hop over the pond to slap him around for you if you want ;)
