I actually did not mind Kyle and Tess. And it made me like the character of Tess when she was interacting with Kyle. Which is why I hated the route they ultimately went. I felt for Kyle, to be used like that...
They were interesting together. It could have been a pairing I supported. __________________

That was a WTF move. Given where they were going it seemed, or what I felt like it could have gone. They were close. But it was not a sister relationship. I liked how they were being friendly, and she was helping him. He was so confused. To go in the direction they did, was such a sudden move.
After the Valenti's gave her a home. She was even a little thrilled that Jim was lumping her in with Kyle when he came to Vegas. So, to go in the direction she did... __________________

It seemed like that was the track they were going. She was seeing Max was not an option, and she was valuing the friendship with Kyle, and they could have gone in that direction. So, for her to twist around and hurt him like that, and Jim too.
No wonder Jim went seriously off the rails after that... Tess was a interesting character when she was with Kyle. __________________

It was very sad. I wish the writers didn't make Tess evil. Apparently Emile was in tears over the storyline and what they did to her character.
