love the title :sigh: soo true she's the first one and the only one who could really see him, the only one he gave his soul. a small picspam i did about the first connection http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/4799/parallelwt9.jpg i love the parallel. I believe that the flash of little Max looking at her was a shared memory not just his. it's the reason of why Liz could see it when he was healing her too, not only when he gave her his soul. when Max healed someone he always got flashes from the person but the person never got a flash from him (Liz asked Kyle for example and he said that he saw nothing while Liz did and we saw it in the scene). it happened only with Liz and most likely it happened because that flash was a shared memory. if you watch it you can clearly see that at one point little Liz stopped to play with her friends and looked directly at him smiling.IMO this is the reason of why she could get a memory from Max when he was healing her. because it wasn't just his memory. we take it for granted but that scene was a memory inside her too. Max was seeing her POV while she was seeing his. like a puzzle. Later Liz told him that she had know him since the third grade, the same time that scene with them as kids happened. for this reason we kept on seeing that flash over and over later. for example it was one of the flashes that "awakened" Max's soul inside Clayton when Liz touched him in chant down babylon Quote:

Awesome opening post! And the picspams are GORGEOUS!
And for the VLV wedding, I always thought Max received that flash on his own. Maybe it happened from being there and it was some sort of connection with him and the place. |
