Susan - I'm so glad that I finally got to meet you.

We'll have to do this again, especially when the second season comes out.

Jackie - You're welcome. It was nice having adults visit, usually the visitors to this house only want to play Playstation, Beyblades or duel with their YuGiOh cards and they only come up to your shoulder.

I wanted to thank you guys for all of the wonderful food that you brought. The veggies, the jello shooters (Bruce commented later, "Those were rather potent shooters." [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] ), the cherry cola, the meatballs, and the strawberries (nice!). And Jodi's cake with the alien symbol. It was great. I'm still full from all of the food.

Anybody heard from Leslie or Diana?

Well I had better get off of here and figure out what I'm going to have my troop do tonight.

When I got home last night I caught the tail end of Apollo 13. Didn't remember Miko Hughes being in the movie as Tom Hanks son. So he got to work with father and son. Just thought it was interesting, since I have Roswell and anything connected on the brain.

Oh, the name of that fic I mentioned is Love by any other Name by Max and Liz Believer. You'd also really enjoy Blue Remembered Hills by WR, but it's really large at this point.

LTL - thank you so much for driving, it was rather hair raising, wasn't it! I didn't get home until 8:30, but I'd do it again. It's always wonderful to spend time with you.

This has been a hell of a week at work. Not particularly busy but no one wants to be here because the weather is so nice and none of us can get motivated to do anything.

Taking some suggestions from LTL and Scottie and have been reading a bunch of fics over at fanatics. Damn most of those conventional fics are LONG... I read Happenstance yesterday and am working on Shadows today. copy and pasted the parts into word so it was easier to read and made the font larger and they were both about 350 pages and they still aren't done. [img]smilies/eek.gif[/img]

By the way speaking of fics.. Could you dreamer fic lovers go to my site and nominate some fics for my fanfiction awards. I never have any good dreamer or conventional fic nominations. Thanks!!!!

Again I want to say how much fun I had on Sunday. It was great meeting RoswellMouse, MommaC and RosChar and am also glad I was able to get to know LTL, Scottie and Mariel better. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]I don't think I am going to be able to go on the roadtrip to the Tribeca film festival but hope we can get together some other time soon.

Scottie, M&M: I know what you mean -- I could so play hookie (hooky?) today. It is too nice to be trapped inside.

M&M: Uh-oh. I just checked out the fic at your site, and I think I'm going to be caught in front of my computer all tonight. Someone please call me at 1 am and tell me to get to bed.

It sounds like you're a fast reader like Scottie. I need to take an Evelyn Wood course or something to build up speed -- so much fic, so little time!

Which reminds me, I still haven't read Char's latest chapter either.
