It's been a while since I've seen the episode. I'll have to do a SGA marathon once I'm done my SG1 one. I actually really like Rodney and Keller, I thought they were sweet.

I think I'm at least re-watching s5.
But I think s5 wasn't as good as the others. And the end seemed rushed. And the Vegas episode... don't know.

And Rodney and Keller, they came so totally out of nowhere.

Where are you on SG-1?

I'm currently watching "Bane" (S2) for SG-1.

I'm not a huge fan of the Vegas episode. I thought it was neat that it was a little different, but I wouldn't ever put it with my favs.

The end did seem rushed. The finale itself seemed rushed. I wish they had made it a two hour finale instead of the one hour.

Yes, we would have at least deserved that.

And now we don't even get any movies.

Updated the link to the poll in the op.
Yeah, should have done that at the beginning of the month, but whatever.

I liked Vegas.
I do agree that season 5 wasn't as good as previous seasons, guess the PTB had their minds on other things (SGU). But there were episodes that i really liked, not that happy with the last epp, they should have at least made it a two parter.

Been reading the new books, finished Dead End and part way through Hunt and Run.

I did like some episodes, too, it's not like the whole season wasn't good.

I've got Hunt and Run here, I pr-ordered it in November.
Just because of Ronon.

How was Dead End?

And while we're at it: I can't wait for Homecoming.

Dead End was good, but there was a few mistakes in it that bugged the crap out of me.... like the people for Earth as Tau'ri by Ronon and Teyla, and the Life Signs Detector being called a "proximity metre"

I so can't wait for Homecoming too

Yeah, that doesn' make sense. Why would Teyla and Ronon call them Tau'ri, it's Goa'uld.
Proximity metre? I guess I wouldn't have know what they meant by that.

Apparently one of the existing pairings will get broken up in Homecoming. Any preferences?

Yeah, Jo Graham said that on her LJ a long time ago (haven't looked for quite a while now).
And there's gonna be a lot of John whump (a beautiful character getting hurt and put in pain. thank god she explained that, I never knew what that meant).

I never was big on hurting the good ones. Especially the ones I love.

Thanks for the info.
I'm only checking her LJ for news every once in a while.

I'll read that later.
