That's a long time, but at least you know it will get better. Do you need to do any sort of exercise to improve the condition, or stop it happening again?

Apparently it's really common. You know that feeling when you hit your 'funny bone' and how it hurts? That's the area of the nerve I've impacted/compressed/pinched. Such a fluke and it will heal, it's the waiting, and we know how impatient I am! :lmao:
