I'm not going anywhere, ladies. Seems like the news isn't dying down any time so always something to talk about! Plus, in the US, we have mid term elections this year so that could bring in some more people to the board as the amount of info will be out there!!! I know I'm trying to get my wife to post here. (She moderates a handful of boards on FanForum so is always knee deep in something, lol)

The last federal elections barely brought a bump to the numbers, so I'm not sure mid-terms will do it.

We'll see, I guess.

I am; I've read the stuff on the moderator forums about how many posts you need a day and how dry spells will be shut down and what not; it's scary. I don't ever wanna see this one go. This is the only forum on this whole site that has actual news. Some of the other ones feel like tabloid news.

And that's perfectly fine, as much as tastes differ so do discussion preferences too. covers such a vast range of different topics, that's what I think makes it that amazing

Oh yeah, the other boards don't serve the purpose of getting news across as much as they are discussions on whatever the topic may be. My wife now moderates 4 boards and I literally couldn't care less about the topics but she's so happy and enthusiastic about them, I can't help but love 'em!
