anyone else surprised that Friends wasn't even nominated for best comedy series? I mean, if they can have six nominees for best actress in a comedy series, surely they could have included friends in the best comedy series category.
and i'm sorry but alicia silverstone for Miss Match? She's talented and all, but she really doesn't hold a flame to Jennifer Aniston or Lisa Kudrow (two actresses who were wrongly omitted from the nominees imo)
But all in all, a good show. It was just surprising that Frasier, Friends and Raymond barely had any noms, if any!

Friends sucks, so no, I wasn't surprised that it didn't get nominated.

I'm so happy for all of Lost in Translation's wins. I that movie.

Also happy for Diane Keaton. I didn't see Something's Gotta Give (although I really want to), but she rocks.

And finally, very sad that Amber Tamblyn didn't win in her category.

I'm suprised but very happy that The Office won both of its categories. Its so completely deserving of both of them, and I hope that the awards will bring it lots of new viewers in the US. BBC America should re-run the first two seasons sharpish.

Go Bill Murray! Nice to see that the person most worthy finally gets the kudos.

i would have been rad if Evan rachel wood would have taen home a globe for drama and Scarlett Johansson for comedy, i was rootin' for the youngins this year but i'm jst as glad hat charlize won, finall a role she can sink her teeth in.And eniffer conelly was not nominateand nther was Emm Thompson for Love actually (my coice for comedy actually my tie with LIT being the co honoree). Jack black winning would have owned. Agnes Bruner from blue car would have been a welcomed addition to the pool of dramatic actresses.and there are more i just don't recall right now, but thats just my wishful thinking. Two actresses unde 30 this year the foreign press is a little more open minded than the O-press-sars.Anyway enough of me.

Maybe one day my keyboard will stop sticking.

Surprised that Jennifer Connelly didn't get a nom for House of Sand and Fog, and that Lost in Translation went into Musical/Comedy (??)

Was hoping Jen Garner would pull out a win for Alias, too bad...
