All bets are off this weekend though, actually for the whole of next week. I need the sugar I need the carbs I need everything to get me through it.

Nothing inherently wrong. Just a lot happening. My sister and my four year old twin nieces came for a visit last Friday night, stayed Saturday and left on Sunday morning. Also, my half sister came down on Saturday and stayed in town for a few days, left Tuesday morning. And on Monday, we've got a live in carer come to help mum and I look after my dad for a week. All the while I was working the whole weekend up to yesterday and I am exhausted. Now I can sort of relax now, same with mum, though she is still waiting for the call for a hospital appointment and she's already waited almost two weeks on Friday. But we're going to take the opportunity of the carer being here by going out to lunch later today and stuff. It's a weight off mum's mind that she doesn't have to take my dad to the bathroom, so her day's routine is freed up a bit. Hopefully she'll get the appointment by the end of next week (we've organised for a different carer to come next week, but after that it will be starting to get very expensive financially wise). So it's that sort of waiting, and then after that would be waiting for the test results.

There was SOOOOO much going on in my mind that whole weekend and on top of that I had a stupidly stressful day at work on Monday.

So I got a stupid amount of comfort snacks on Friday to keep me going including a pack of 5 jam donuts, lots of crisps and stuff. I ate all 5 donuts in the space of two days.

^ I regret to hear about all, I don't want to call them troubles, but family stress, so to speak. I hope things calm down for you and your family, and everything stays well for you guys.

I hope everything gets better .. yeh i know a few people that get carers in , i know they stay all day long as well , we have a few elderlys in my building .. we reckonize their cars .. regulars ..
