Which is why I didn't vote for Tom's version in the survivor. Tom didn't really get to portray much of Superman to me and Tom pretty much knows that and he really didn't/doesn't want to portray Superman.

I love Tom as Clark!

Dean was more of the one who portrayed Superman, but Clark, as well.

Lois and Clark struck a really nice balance of Clark and Superman, so Dean was definitely both.

And I always liked the line "Superman is what I can do, Clark is who I am" which I think also played into Tom's Clark.

Tom's Clark will always be my favourite and whilst yeah he was never really Superman and always wants to be referred to as having been just Clark instead of being Superman, he will always be my Superman because Smallville was my introduction into that universe. And 12 years after first watching and becoming a fan of the show, never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined I would have had the opportunity to meet some of the cast.
