It's certainly the transitional season, with Clark starting to work at the Daily Planet, so was a good turn around after S7, I'd say.

Probably, I'd say 4 was definitely my favourite, followed by 2, 10, 9 and yeah probably 8.

It's really hard for me to choose cause there are good and bad aspects to each season.

When I first watched the show back in 2008 I wrote reviews and scored each episode on my old laptop. I tallied them up and made a season average score. I saved it on a memory stick, so I must dig it out at some point, 'cause it's been a while since I did that and it'd be cool to see if my feelings about certain episodes have changed since then with re-watches.
