I’ve always done it, because sometimes no words are necessary, just an emoticon says it all.

^^ I've been told its not allowed or preferred to be kept to a minimum.

It's just frustrating when you load

and think 'Oh great, a reply, wonder what was said," and all there is an emoticon.

A LOT of people do it and it's supposedly not allowed on a regular basis but it really is annoying when some posters reply to like 50 threads and that's all there is.

I just try not to make it habit you know.

Understandable.

Sometimes, IDK what to say in words, but I know an emoticon will help.

I definitely do it a lot when I’m MST’ing boards, because I’m there to help, but if I don’t know much about the category, I really can’t say a lot, but like to keep some threads going.

Anyway, moving on to more threads...
