Steph, I do a lot of errands for my mom too because she's getting old and most of the time she's lazy.

I usually see them either once a month or once a fortnight, but it's just there's some things I need to pick up from my parents sooner than my next visit.

Sarah, I live in the same area as my mom so I get to see her often. My other sisters lives in another country so she barely sees her anymore (and us too). But of course there's still Skype.

Steph, my mom is also due a foot surgery soon. She'll get her eye surgery next month because she has terrible vision on both of her eyes. But really, we are good daughters for doing errands for our mothers.

I went home and only got 2 hours of sleep before I had to be at the university for the overtime, but I slept good last night and actually got 8 hours of sleep

That's great, and it's great that there's Skype to keep in touch.

I don't live too far from my parents, so visiting them isn't too difficult. It's just because I can't drive it makes the journey longer.

I hope that it goes well for your mum.

It sound like my mother since she has one bad vision, but at least her eye is fine so far even tho her foot was on otherwise, but which good thing that the surgery doing well..

Finally month end is over and I have no work today. I'm also not going to work on Monday/Tuesday so long weekend for me.
