EPISODE 3 - "Rabbit in a Snowstorm"
Wesley, having become aware of Nelson and Murdock thanks to their involvement with Page during the Union Allied scandal, hires them to defend John Healy, an assassin. Though Nelson wishes not to get involved with an obvious criminal element, Murdock wishes to use the case to discover who Wesley's employer is, and so accepts Wesley's offer, which includes a substantial sum to insure their silence. Page receives a similar offer from Union Allied, who don't want her to talk to anyone else about the scandal, and threaten to sue her for leaking company secrets to the press if she doesn't agree. Despite this, Page goes to Urich, whose editor Ellison is forcing him to write superfluous stories rather than the major crime breaks of his youth, and offers to tell him more about the Union Allied scandal. After successfully defending Healy, Murdock confronts him in costume and forces him to reveal Wesley's employer, Wilson Fisk. Healy then commits suicide rather than face the consequences of this.

wow that opening scene. :eek:

i didnt love this episode as much as the first two, for some reason it didnt grab me, even though the ending scene was great...but we'll see where it goes.

This wasn't my favorite ep but this ep cemented it for me to like the show. :nod:

And yes that opening sequence and the end part too. Very brutal and graphic.

So what's with the fast heartbeat? Is it when he knows they are lying? I think I heard it in episode 2

Yes, Val, he can tell whether they're lying or not by how fast their heart beats.

This ep is super violent right off the bat and I loved it. :lol: That ending with Fisk & Vanessa though... ;)

I love episode, but I found what Healy does at a bit much. The rest of the episode was fine.

I also liked how we got to Nelson and Murdock in court. I hope we get another episode or two of them like that next season.

I would like more Matt & Foggy scenes in court kicking ass. I agree that we didn't get a lot of that in S1 since Matt was busy being a vigilante.
