I can't believe it hasn't been mentioned yet (or did I miss it?)
Ok How hot was Grissom and the PB? Plus Greggy was so cute talking about his Papa Olaf and then going into the field looking for Rogaine. hee hee. Gotta love Greggy. |

Didn't someone say Nick was at a conference?
The episode was interesting, especially considering how much the tone contrasted with the earlier episode, "After the Show." In the early episode, there's all the in-house tension over the promotion and who's the lead CSI on the case, while in "Butterflied," everyone is working together, although Sara is still bit whiny until she realizes why she has been assigned tasks that kept her (for the most part) away from the victim's body. |

Thought it was a very good episode....
Wonder why Sara told Cath she didn't look at the girl's face... Guess the resemblance got to her as well? I also enjoyed Grissom's 'self awareness' scene. Wonder if this will mark a turning point in his behavior toward Sara? And Greg... I love that boy... 'Papa Olaf' and 'Nurses Gone Wild'. He's too funny! |

I thought the episode was good. The one thing I kept doing was comparing the dead girl to Sara. In one scene I was like "It looks nothing like her!" but then when he was looking at the picture I thought 'Wow, that could be her twin!'
Although I am not a fan of G/S I thought his self-awareness scene at the end was very good. He has blocked himslf out to emotions, so this case has finally mde him confront them. So it makes a very good CSI episode. Oh and there is a clip of Grissoms last scene (You can also vote for it to be TV's Top moment of last night) A Disdainful Self-Reflection [ 01-16-2004: Message edited Kirstee ] __________________

Catherine: I'll see what's in the fridge
Grissom: *frustrated sigh* We have to put it back you know! I loved, loved, loved, loved, LOVED this episode. And Sara. Wow, she finally realized how Grissom feels about her. Well at least I think she did, I think she got it when she looked at the face. My question is, how did they get a Jorja look a like? Wow. They must have had to done special casting for that. __________________

Good episode. I enjoyed it, specially when they focused on Grissonm thoughts, his imagination (when he "sees" Sara in the mirror, on the bathroom floor...) Love his peacefull face, hiding his confused feelings... That was pretty good !
Love the monologue at the end, despite the fact it doesn't give us much hope Bad news for the shippers... I'm so hungry for ships that I will take any one ! Naughty me... |

Nick was at the American Institute of Forensic Science Conference. All CSI's must take the certificate course from them in order to work at many of the CSI jobs around America. I have to take that course too. I'd like to do it now, but it's so expensive $8000.00 for the entire course, and that's only American dollars. __________________

yay! I've only recently started watching the show (first the Miami one, now this one once I found out when it was on) but I solved this one faster than they did As soon as they showed the blood/bleach sworls with the light and he said "Why is there so much blood" I figured someone axed the boyfriend.
I can't believe no one picked up on and investigated the whole "seat was too far back for the boyfriend" clue. I mean, wouldn't that be something to look into? Even if the guy DID pull the seat all the way back to throw them off, its still a clue? Anyway. That was the point I knew it was Bayliss. (I know, not his name on the show, but it was his character on Homicide and I love him forever for it). The tallest guy they'd talked to at the hospital? HELLO. Now, I had to check on dinner while it was airing, what happened with the scrap of black plastic they found in the car? They said it looked like he put something in the car with him. What was in the bag? Did they find the bag? Did they ever mention the bag again? And why would someone clean so meticulously then just dump the second body outside the house?! Why wouldn't he try to make it look even more like the boyfriend did it by ... hiding it better?! Or was that covered while I was stirring meat? I love this show. Why didn't I discover it earlier?!!?
