Times like this you remember Connor grew up in the hell dimension which is why he can see her face without freaking out...

However MY ISSUE was that Connor hated demons and magic.

Too me having him be this blinded and wanting to be in Jasmine world didn't make any sense to me because that's messing up a lot of his progress I knew of him...

He was one to protect humans and kill any demon at any cause which is why he even disliked Lorne when he first met him.

I really enjoyed their scenes so much in the finale! I really got to truly understand those scenes.

I agree, it doesn't quite make sense... but Connor's hardly a logical person. Still, he did start to see the problems with Jasmine, despite how he wanted to stay in denial, & was turning on her

It has been... pain and lies. Pretty sad.

I just felt again it was a terrible follow up writing to continually throw Connor under the bus for no reason. But, I see what you are saying...

I agree with you, the writers clearly didn't really give a damn about him, he just got pulled into this evil!Cordy mess, & the writers pretty much gave up when they decided to write him out...

The actor Vincent had an issue with it as well.

Felt so bad for him that his character was expendable for this nonsense.

I think he's the type that really likes to get into his characters, & Connor had so much potential... but the writers just got lazy with it
