I can't imagine anyone wanting to bash Dru. Except for complaints about her accent not being authentic.

I said my justification for the accent before- these vamps spend decades in different countries so it becomes a mix like mine. Nobody can guess where I’m from

Doesn't really explain why she'd sound like a caricature of a certain sort of English accent. I rationalize it as being due to Dru's insanity.
