So JAR only had a fairly small first scene in the Girlfriend's Guide premiere, but it was really nice, he was the husband of Abby's (Lisa Edelstein) gay brother and they were dropping their kids off at school. So different from Gunn, but I lloved it.

I'm hoping there's more of him in later episodes, the character of Abby's brother is kind of an ass so far.

But J's character seems really nice.

& in quite a simple, straightforward way, they show his progression throughout the series

The middle one has got to be my fave too, I always felt that the lawyer thing was a step too far with him, but I guess they meant it to be considering he started going back to his roots at the very end of the series.

But still, his look in that last ep is probably my fave, just because it feels so much like him again. It's not taking away from all the ways he's changed & grown, but he had found himself again

I agree, & like i said, even though he went back to his roots, I don't think it took away from any of his growth throughout the series, which is just as important imo

He does look cute there, a rare smile!

I think his most smiling moments probably came from Season 3 and probably 5... lol

He had some good times in s2, I loved seeing him grow close to Cordelia & Wesley
