Lilah's Success

Had Lilah Morgan succeed, where the others at Wolfram & Hart had failed, in corrupting Angel and the Fang Gang, when she convinced them to join the firm in "Home"?

No. Lilah was the senior partners "puppet" if you will. She wouldn't have been there to offer the deal if it wasn't for them. The senior partners saw the opertunity and took it, and they made Lilah be the one to present it to them since she was the last Lawyer who had contact with them. So it was the Senior partners and their deal for Connor that corrupt them enough to agree to join. Well Angel, he's the one who agree for all of them. They rest didn't get the chance to agree...although Gunn & Lorne were a yes, Wesley & Fred were thinking about it but Fred looked like she was leaning to no.

But every member of the Gang was a bit currupted before hand... none of them were perfect. Also the fact that each and everyone of the gang (minus Fred who was dead) was fighting to destroy the Senior Partner in the final showed that WR&H hadn't succeeded in currupting them as the had dreamed.

I agree with Meg. Lilah was a puppet for the senior partners. It was all part of the senior partners plan all along since home episode. They were building up to the big showdown which was in the series finale. I believe she has not succeded at all during the show. Because when her and Lindsey were partners he got the promotion and Linwood just shot Lilah down. But then again Lilah killed Linwood and took over but that was her doing. Not there's.

So, in the end it was the Senior Partners who had succeeded, not Lilah, Holland, Linwood, Lindsey or Gavin. Right?

But would the Senior Partners have succeeded if Angel and Wesley had not affected Connor's life? At least, succeed with Angel?
