I am happy Angel did that too. Some wonderful things came out of saving Fred because of him.

Yeah it was a wonderful introduction for Fred and the Fred/Angel friendship. I always loved the scene in the alley where Darla is about to have Connor and everyone leaves but Fred stays with Angel and Darla.

Fred was the type of person to support what was going on around her. So it makes a lot of sense why she would back Angel as much as she did. It also helped that he saved her life a few times too.

 Fred was willing to accept anyone so in that moment she was there even for Darla so I thought that was lovely. I really did like the Angel/Fred friendship and the crush in the start cracked me up a lot. __________________

I'm so psyched that you're making a Frangel vid! Since you have a lot of scenes from seasons 2 & 3 how about the kiss (of course) from season 4 and Angel's dream from season 5. Also, if you want to use dialog how about Angel's "I loved Fred".  Please let us know when it's finished. BTW, I've found the names of threads 3 & 4. #3 Because he loves her. #4 Because she's "one of my people." Does anyone remember #2? Can someone add these to the opening post? Mare __________________

Everytime I re-watch the Fred introduction, I love them more. Their relationship was wonderfully told. It became a great friendship but the beginning is just too beautiful. I love her crush on Angel.

I liked the crush, too. I'm a big fan of single Angel myself, but I knew Fred's crush wouldn't ever come to anything, so it was sweet.
