Season 2.

I can't explain exactly why, but it always felt perfect to me. And Innocence was the episode that made me go from liking the show to becoming completely obsessed with it and all things Joss.

Season Three and Season Seven (:

Season Three is my favorite season because it was just perfection, everything about it was amazing. I couldnt get over the amazing chemistry and angst between Bangel <3, Willow and Xander, even though I despise Faith I love her and Buffy's storyline, my favorite episode " The Prom", I looovee "Graduation" and " Earshot" and " Amends" Gosh I love every single episode from this season.

The season seven between I adored Spike and Buffy this season, and I loved the whole First Big Bad thing going on. Sometimes the potentials got annoying but no matter what I was on Buffys side. I just really loved every thing about this season.

But I love all the season, pretty much five, two, and six are all tied. And season four is still really, really good. And season one was just getting started so yeah (:

I really like seasons 2 and 3. I kind of feel like this was the peak for the show as far as seasons went. After 3, I felt like there were only really good episodes, but not actually a good season as a whole. JMO.

I've rewatched Season 4 more than any other season, possibly because it was the first season of DVD's I bought. Both seasons 2 and 4 had so many great one- off episodes, and the university was so pretty, and... just... LOVE.

I loved Season 4 too. I'm always confused when people say they didn't like it. I didn't like Riley but I still loved that season

I completely agree. I love Spikes character and he was on the show much more in season 2 than on season 3. I loved the stories in season 3, but Spike was only in one episode
I liked episodes from season 4 and 6 the most.

Enisy

My favourite is Season 5. Great, multi-faceted arc with little or no plot-holes, focus on familial love, the beginnings of Spike/Buffy, incredible standalones (including The Body and Fool for Love), and what's possibly the best season finale on the show.

Runners-up are Season 6 and Season 2.

My favourite season is 2 but Season 4 ( a truly underrated season, i'm awared that Adam turned off a lot of people but S4 was a great season to me) is a very close second.

I don't really like the other seasons much though.
