Adam Baldwin Appreciation (Hamilton)
 

I'm a fan of his from Firefly days but some of you may rememeber him from the 80s movie My Bodygaurd.

Currently on Angel he's playing Eve's replacement, Hamilton, the liaison to the senior partners.

Personally, I'm really happy to see Adam back on TV and I thought he looked really handsome in that suit and tie [img]smilies/drool.gif[/img]

I'll be here, I love Adam. He played one of my favorite characters from Firefly. I also remember him fron The X-Files. Wasn't he the contact that Doggett had who turned out to be some kind of alien or had a connection to the aliens?

The last time I saw him on TV was on CSI: Miami where there was talk that his character was going to become recurring. But, sadly, that never happened [img]smilies/frown.gif[/img]

But it all worked out since I like his character on Angel a lot better.

He was able to pull off that terminator-style attitude very well. Definately cool looking.

I've seen Adam on Firefly, Independence Day, and his C.S.I. Miami appearance. I had heard that he would be on Angel, but I forgot about it until last night, so his appearance was a pleasant surprise for me. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing him on the show again; I think Hamilton will be a better "liaison" to the SPs than Eve was.

Who did he paly in Independence Day? cuz i didnt notice him.

i think he will be a very good "liaison" 2 bad we dotn get to see him evlove so much, he only has 5 eps 2 go

He was the guy who shot the alien because it had been communicating with the president but then started to kill him with this high pitched sound. He shot the alien through the glass. It was right after the alien killed all the doctors in that room. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] How vaugue can I be? But I don't remember it that well.

The first time I ever saw Adam Baldwin was in the movie named "DC Cab" starring Mr. T and Bill Maher (from Politically Incorrect). Hard to believe those three were in a movie together! [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

Oh, I remember that! Dude. Good memory. [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]

And yeah, Adam Baldwin is awesome. I loved Jayne. And his character in Angel looks promising. [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]

I smell spin-off! Well, okay, maybe not. But it is a shame that we only get him for a few episodes. I hope they'll be worth it for us Adam fans.

I definitely wish we had him for more episodes. It's like with Caleb (Nathan Fillion's character on BtVS)--they bring in this kick-ass new baddie and we only get him for a few episodes at the end of the series.

I, too, first saw Adam Baldwin in My Bodyguard way back in 1980. I was going to post all his credits listed on imdb.com, but there are so many I'll just post the link Adam Baldwin. BTW - his character's name in Independence Day was Major Mitchell. Oh, and someone on the "Underneath" episode thread commented on his height in relation to DB: Adam is listed as 6'4" (1.93 m), while David is 6'1" (1.85 m).

Yeah, he did look extraordinarily tall on Angel. Which suprised me because he never struck me as being that tall when he was on Firefly.
