Today has been a very long day for me :(

What's the problem now?:lol:

Well part of it is the same pain as last week but on top of that, I found out that I failed my really important STATS exam. Needed 40% to pass and got 36% so as it stands I can't return to my Uni course :( Am in the process of appealing due to medical reasons but I feel totally gutted :(

All of this today? yeah that is one bad long day...

Hopefully your days start to get good again, I know that whole 36% will stick for a bit though....

Cheers. I'm in the process of appealing the results with a doctors note under medical grounds, so I hope they'll take it into consideration and allow me through to the next year. If not, I'll have to change course or redo the year or drop out- none of which are good options, but I'm optimistic that the appeal will work.

I'll be optimistic for you. Just done by 4% though:(
Hopefully you'll do way better next time and just try to focus on that a lot for you can do well next time.

The really frustraiting thing is is that I signed up to do a politics degree, of which I am good at, and if the appeal fails, I will have to leave my course, of which I am doing reasonably well at, because I can't do maths. Something is clearly wrong there! Cheers though- I'll let you know how I get on...

I'm really hoping for the best. Only advice I can give is be completely dedicated to that and focus 100% on that and I'm sure you'll do great.

Cheers I really appriciate that- just had a meeting down at the University and my tutor says he's very confident that he'd be able to convince the head of the course to allow me to pass through, but I won't be happy til I know for certain which should be Thursday at the latest.

Just keep the hope alive, I'm sure things will go right....I really hope:lol:

And indeed they have :D Got an email this morning from my tutor as a response to the meeting we had, saying he spoke to the head of the course and he has no problem with me going through, given the circumstances of the pain etc, and I have just enrolled for my second year online just now :) :yay:

Oh that's the start of something good, congrats! not just nail the test this time whenever you take it.

On a more downbeat note its been a long day again for me today as my legs, back, neck and arms are all really painful. Can barely move

Maybe so- maybe its a difference between a long day and a bad day...

But pain no better since Friday and atm shows no sign of improvement so am struggling a lot atm :(

got to get you some good drugs to make you plain free but still l able to function .

Sadly they've tried pretty much everything- even horse tranq- and still no improvement :(

Yeah it seems like you have more bad days then long days...
