I agreed with Jack but all that stuff was staged by Tony anyway so he didn't mean it anyway

Of course he meant it.

ever since Season 2, ....the end of Season 1 Tony understood Jack actions and would understand if Jack never worked for the government again.

in Season 3 he understood it more and he wasn't going to lose his wife for this job and would've probably understood if Jack went against the whole government. lol

The thing I love about Tony, he'd tell Jack how he feels if he disagree and the visa versa.
