Her pilot season seems busy but unfortunately does not lead to anything at the moment I got the impression she got two test deals and 0 pilots out of them. She deleted the tweet later though.

There are not many positions left that are suitable for her in the upcoming pilots. Too bad she never really cashed in her run in 24 with other projects and she seems to have lost her momentum now.

Couldn't she was pregnant in Dec 09 always after she finished her 24 role. So couldn't go out for anything she was to do a movie right after 24, but it was in Africa . She told me , well via tweet to me , That she was unable to go to Africa, to film a movie . Due to a shot you need to go over there. The shot was known to have side effect that would have harmed her unborn child .

Hey none of know her and what her plans where post 24 . she knew going into S-8 she wasn't to survive .

Planned child or not, i felt it hurt her in many ways , She was hot , well more ways then one .

Feature film or another top Tv show figured she could have gotten hired . But buy May she was already 6 months along . unless there was part for pregnant woman .

always love annie , I may watch Harry's law , since I watched it for Erica Durance, months back ,. Smallville.

Really upset with that. I think what someone decides to do in real life shouldn't affect their role on the show. So if that's the reason Renee was killed of then I'm very disappointed in the writers and the 24 crew.

About pilots, they're just pilots, which have 50/50 (or less depending on the pilots or the executives) of chance getting picked up and turned into series. There's no guarantee. Nowadays the major networks seems to favor comedies and from the looks of it, they also don't seem to need to pick up a lot of pilots to series this season.

Truth to be told, I'm not really looking forward to this Fall TV season personally as of the moment...

Wel I gained like two shows this new season . One i stopped 2 months in plot line was changing so often it got way too confusing .

Say out all those that make the air ,90& never last . you get a group of 10 shows that stay for full season.

Annie to me should just go for movies better chance. Katee Sackoff only went for action movies or Tv only national TV .Now filming Riddick 2 in a big role .

Up to her if she wants 3 to 4 months, on a set of big movie . Which a lot are some are in Canadia other countries .

I always surprised she never got any role on top HBO Showtime Straz TV series's .

being I watch like 8 shows between those 3 stations .

Matt I was wondering myself why doesn't Annie go for more movie auditions. I'm guessing she loves the whole television deal...I really hope that she gets some kind of success with them though.

I don't think it was related with her pregnancy but S8 did not do her any favors. Her role was significantly reduced from the previous season (and hence limited her visibility and probably her paycheck), her character change in S8 turned some people off, she was killed (and did not even get a good death), and as a result did not benefit from any of the 24 finale promo and interviews.

Because TV pays much better for a mid-thirties actor like Annie. To be completely honest, she is not likely to show up in a big feature. She can appear in some independent movies but they are not going to pay as well in TV. A more suitable question is why she always targets dramas but not comedies.

Yeah, they are just pilots and most won't even air next season, but that is still the best chance for her (or any aspiring actor) to have a meaty role. Otherwise, she is likely to get stuck with these "mommy" guest roles.

Well, I think aside from pilots, she can also join an existing show (like she joined 24).

Perfect Role on Criminal minds is open . As one of the regular female.cast is leaving series .
Paget Brewster leaving to go to FI comedy .
Annie could fit right in that role .

reading a few blogs from Writers and producers of the show the emily leaving is discussed but nobody has said what or who would replace her .

Like in 24 say Audrey came after 3 seasons was gone . Then Annie popped in S-7/ 8 some fans upset they wanted Audrey not Renee . Same when the killed Michelle ,some stopped watching the show due to her being gone and fake death of Tony

Probably no one will really replace her.... some characters just can't get replaced.

Just looking forward to whatever Annie has coming out next. I'll be surprise if Annie went on Criminal Minds cause I don't see that happening.
