Same! Was shocked, cheered and delighted, then upon reflection disappointed as she was a great character, but still buzzing as it was a great moment

I can tell you one thing, disappointment never crossed my mind. I think I was just cheering so hard and grew to love Jack Bauer even more after that moment. lol

If it was a longer season, she wouldn't have died so soon.

I miss 24 episodes.

Although I'm loving these episodes, 12 format is good... but it just makes me want more and wish there were way more episodes.

I disagree... I think she'd have died in the same episode... If you think about it, each series can be broken up into 3 parts. So series 1 was Gaines plot, then Andre, then Victor. S2 was Joseph Walde/Nina then Syed Ali then Peter Kingsley. S3 was Salazar then Almador then Saunders. So after 9 episodes or so, Part 1 would be coming to an end, so Margo would be on her way out, and a new plot would spring from somewhere...

I disagree on that... with it being 12 episode, things have to be shortened. Like I believe the saving Heller storyline would've lasted longer as well.

BUT I do see how you think that Margot would've still died in the same episode, cause most of the seasons did have multiple plots!

As it's shortened, Margo plot lasted 9 episodes, which is probably roughly how long she'd last in a 24 episode series, but the next plot (I assume it's the Navarro/Cross) would normally last 7 episodes, as appose to 3, then another plot for the last 8.

B/c hospital blown up, fake-out deaths, villains getting thrown out windows, the shock meter hitting RED.
Because living another day is bringing surprising return, fake-out deaths... what's next?
Because we can guarantee you this, you'd at least be shocked more than twice.
Because just when you think nothing else can surprise you... that happens.

i still cant believe the start of season 5.......it seemed like michelle and palmer would always be there even if in limited rols.........and then BAM there gone 10 minutes into the first episode
