If they really wanted to focus a bit on politics they could have gave a storyline to Diane..judgeship and all.

Diane would be perfect for judgeship. She honors the law the way it should be and sees gray areas where they should be.
The idea of seeing Will Gardner, super lawyer argue a case against Alicia with Diane being the judge. What irony!?!?  __________________

I started chapter 1. The story is called Allowances.
I've got it uploaded to my document manager to fanfiction.net, but can't figure out how to get it to the published part. I'll try and figure that out tomorrow  ... later today!__________________
