What do you think is going to happen with the investigation? Will now knows WSC is after Peter and has decided to lawyer up. Does he tell Peter he's the target? I think we may get that trial after all.

I tweeted that as inept as the whole SA office has been shown to be this season Wendy, Cary, Dana, Wiley have no shot in hell going up against what now feels like the whole main cast of TGW. You have Will, Peter whose interests have allied. Alicia follows. Eli follows too now that there is no conflict of interest for him to worry about. So do Kalinda and Diane to back Will up if it is needed. And there is the spoiler of who plays Will's attorney. With all these sharks, and the lack of evidence Wendy should normally have had no chance in hell.
But, considering that they spent the first half of the season building this up, and it seems like it's going to go on till the end of the year, something big has to come out of it. Wendy will still be able to inflict damage, otherwise the whole thing would have been for nothing. I'm not sure how keenly the damage would be felt by Peter and Will respectively, but it's going to be pretty evenly spread IMO. And sure we'll see a grand jury investigation, Wendy said as much.
I'm waiting for every little or not so little unethical thing Will did in the past 50+ episodes to be pulled out one after the other.
About Will telling Peter, I would love for it to happen. That would be an interesting scene, but I don't know if Will would do it. He may not sell Peter out but he won't go out of his way to protect Peter either. You see, I don't think him walking away from Wendy was all about protecting Alicia and Peter. It was about him not being used as a tool in Wendy's game. Now does telling Peter benefit Will, does it benefit him to an extent that he would be willing to overlook his giant ego? That remains to be seen. I'm hoping he does, because even Peter was smart enough to chummy up with Childs when they wanted to take down Adler. Will and Peter, though unethical, seem to operate under some kind of honour among thieves code. I can see them protecting the other to protect themselves. But Wendy is a loose cannon, she does not operate under any rules. I guess they need to align to take her down. And who else but Eli to play the matchmaker.
I'm waiting to see how Alicia figures in all this
ETA : I wrote Alicia would join the fight if Will and Peter were both threatened, but I'm now uneasy with the statement. Why should it be a precondition? Isn't there some echo of the men in her life always finding themselves in prison, something she joked about in S2, but what is actually coming true? Why not just walk away from them both?
