Hello you all !

It is with an extreme sadness that we have to announce that both Mich and I are stepping down as moderators of the Everwood board.
We continue to love and adore Everwood and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts. we love this board to death, and you all members are absolutely fantastic and we've had the best of times here, dealing with the loss of our shows and seeing how the passion remained very much alive long after it was gone. It is also the place where the Thankful book project came to life and I personnaly felt so much support from all the members, it was amazing. You are all a joy to talk with and fun, and this board always felt like a shelter to us.

Unfortunately, we can no longer devote as much time as this board deserves, as you probably saw in the last couple of months, some of you noticed that we weren't there a lot, and this unfortunately will not change in the forseeable future. We pondered this decision but we agreed that we just couldn't continue without the board suffering from it and both of us feel like we can't continue without the other. We're just a team.

We will pop up somewhere on the internet as a duo again in one form or another, I still very much plan to build an everwood archive site and we created a blog for now on this soon-to-be archive site where we'll try and post thoughts on everwood and other things from time to time. But for now, we're done here.

I might stay here until new mods are assigned, and we know they'll be fantastic, as all of you are and we wish him or her the best of luck. We will continue to pop out sometimes here, but just definitely not daily.

Mich is recovering from her knee surgery right now, she's fine, all went well, but she's just not online much. but she'll come by sometimes to reply here.

Michelle and Alexandra, I'm so sorry to lose you both as moderators, but I understand and respect your decision, and you'll both be sorely missed. The two of you helped make the Everwood board one of the most friendly and welcoming boards at Fan Forum, and I appreciate everything you did for this board, and you'll both be welcomed back if your real life situations ever change. Take care, and thanks for everything.

Aw man. I also had a fear that this was coming and I didn't want to think it. Alex and Michelle, you two have made this board what it is, and are also a big reason why it's still around, so I do hope that even if you can't post as much, you continue to post at least sometimes. We can't lose two mods and two members! You two have done such an amazing job of being both, along with friends to everyone here. I've never seen such wonderful mods, frankly. We're going to miss you two, and you're going to be a big hole to replace as mods (again, hopefully not members!).

Aw. Thanks so much for all that you two have done here. You really make this place feel like home to me, and you've made this the only Everwood board worth posting on at a regular occurrence for me, as well as the most active and friendly place to be.

I understand and respect your decisions, I just don't like it very much. Hee. I think it's probably responsible, but I have to admit, and I know I'll be told I shouldn't, but I worry about filling your shoes, because those are two pairs of shoes that are going to be really hard to fill.

I could keep going, but thanks for letting us know, thanks for everything, and hope to see you two around. Give Michelle our best with her surgery.

It does feel like then end of an era to both of us, and we can say we feel a pain in our stomach even if we know it's for the best.
I think you haven't seen the last of us But it'll be more rare. Which is cool too, actually popping up just when you wanna talk about the show

We love you all and I'm sure the ones of you that are gonna be the new mods are gonna be great. Everyone is so nice here, it just can't be any other way.

Oh, my God. This is so sad. You've done so much for this board, I haven't been around for long but it was obvious that you were the reason this board was still so alive. Thank you for everything.

I still can't get over this. I think I care more than I probably should about a message board, but it is sad to see both of you go. But I'm glad to hear this is not goodbye, this is just goodbye, mods. Which sucks too, but we'll live. I would just hate to lost both of you forever, because both of you have been such a big part of why this board is as good as it is, why it's been so active over the past year, why it's so friendly, and why I keep coming here.

I didn't post here very often, but Michelle was my girl! I loved talking to her at Spoilers on the various threads. Even at Sports sometimes! I didn't know that she had knee surgery! I've been just horrible at keeping in touch. I feel so awful. I never thought I would see the day where Michelle wasn't the moderator here!

Please give her my regards and that I'm thinking about her. Take care of yourself too, Alexandria. All the best.

I haven't posted here in over two years but I remember what a friendly place this was. I loved Everwood and this place wouldn't have been the same without you guys. This board had great mods and I'm sure whoever gets selected will be great as well

Aww, this isn't good! We never really talked a lot, but you guys kept this place a very friendly and welcoming environment and for that I thank you! It was hard to say goodbye to Everwood and losing our regular home was just as bad, but finding this forum still active and lively helped tons. I do hope you two go on to do great things! Take care!

Our goal is to keep it that way, as long as possible. We're doing a very good job so far, even though a few more posters would certainly help, but we're making do. I don't think we've been actually close to trouble yet, so thanks to everyone here for keeping this place going and active and lively.

I also add a thank you to all of you who are helping to keep this board active. I'd like to ask everyone to try out threads that you're not used to posting on. You might find it fun and this will definitely help to keep our count up.
