Higgins said 22 seconds wasn’t long enough for a proper conversation and then the judge asked him if he needed time to talk to his lawyer and his lawyer said only need 10 seconds.

So let me get this straight… Brian Albert accidentally butt dialed Brian Higgins at 2:20 AM-ish and then 17 seconds later Brian Higgins accidentally butt dialed Brian Albert back and connected for 22 seconds.

This was ALL WITHIN 5 minutes of Jen McCabe’s Google search.

Then both Brian Albert and Brian Higgins rehomed their phones on the same day… the day before the court order to collect them.

Brian Higgins is like Jen McCabe…

Suddenly technology is inaccurate and failure.

Previous meeting he testified he called him back and now denying it.

1. According to Karen, it might seem like John did treat her like a “babysitter with benefits” and Karen was over it. There has to be a reason she thought John was cheating and didn’t appreciate her watching his niece and nephew.

2. Why did Higgins text John “Are you coming over here?” This to me is highly suspect. Especially tying in Jen trying to get Karen alone.

3. More butt dialing. This so beyond suspicious.

4. Brian couldn’t remember for sure if he went to the PD the next day when it turns out he spent the entire day there. What is wrong with him?

5. Brian Albert and Brian Higgins both decided to get new phones the day before they were aware of the order.

6. Brian didn’t see John when he left despite his vehicle being pointed directly at the body. 1-3 people not seeing a body in the front yard may be a fluke. We are up to like 10 people now that drive right by where it should have been and didn’t see a body.

7. Mystery man in the house is almost certainly Colin Albert.

Higgins has detective intuitive skills and he acts clueless and passive about John’s death.

Emily is so skeptical regarding Higgins. LOL.

I read a theory on Reddit that maybe John didn’t go into the house but instead went inside a car with Higgins and maybe others and that’s when he got beat up and then thrown in yard.

I’m not sure it makes sense.

Karen looks furious throughout many parts of his testimony. Very confident and determined too.
