This is what has consistently floated through my mind.

I honestly believe Lally is deliberately doing certain things that might seem like he’s not organized or passionate but totally intentional because he understands the case he was handed calls for it. I truly believe this. I think he’s, I dare say, smarter than we give him credit for. He knows the score.

What they really should have done is just charged her with reckless driving or DWI, something that was a misdemeanor and allowed for a fine, DWI first time offender a fine. Something that concentrated on her drinking and driving, that’s it. She would have paid the fine and all of this would have gone away.

John’s family might not have liked it but could have explained the situation and said very little chance she’ll be convicted and we still don’t know many answers of what happened.

Yes, red wouldn’t be appropriate really. Cooler/Earthy colors is best.

So true about the contrast.

That being said he is IT/cyber security expert so IMO if there was some deletion done on his wife's phone, it was either done by him or with him knowing. I don't see Jen knowing how to do that stuff but him - he knows. 100 %. And I do think that he has advised the two Brians (Higgins and Albert) what they can extract from their phones if they had handed them over.
Exactly. Cross is what proves this case. LOL.

Man… how convenient what his career is… You are right, he advised them, either directly or indirectly. Maybe he doesn’t know everything but Jen told him a few things like… defense will muddy the waters and assume something that wasn’t so… regarding phones, like that.

Or maybe he knows everything.

Cross has to be revealing.

I don't know how much Yanetti knows and I don't expect him to know all details but they do know something. From my understanding FBI either forced the prosecution to hand over 3000 pages to the defense or FBI had a call with both defense and protection and gave them those documents. So all lawyers in this trial know that there is FBI investigation. I don't expect FBI to have shared details with Lally because this might compromise their case. Same for Yanetti/Jackson.

That's the whole reason I know about this case btw. Once it was known that FBI did this, Peter had video on this and said this rarely if ever happens. You rarely see FBI introducing themselves in a state case. And that made me interested to follow this case because Peter basically said to expect something weird and fishy going there.

Also to note that defense has used stuff that do not come from common wealth, they come from FBI:

1. The photos they showed Brian Albert of the house. He could not recognise those because IMO they are done after they have sold the house
2. Proctor's texts are on his personal phone. That is not something commonwealth will put in discovery
3. Data from Jen McCabe - again I do not see this being part of the state investigation. I think this came from FBI

We also know that Proctor did not act alone, he was and is still supported by his superiors. I believe FBI are not just investigating Proctor but a whole branch of said Boston PD. It could go even further as we know that the district attorney lied and protected Proctor, we know the Mass governor is staying silent and does not comment on this. I think with this case something big was hit. Very big.
So true about FBI… I really think they are using this trial as helping them gather information.

That’s true. The Albert cult has to be very concerned over the FBI investigating. It seems some narcissists exist in the cult but they have to know the FBI involved is quite concerning.

I need to thank Peter for getting Koni involved because that’s how I found out.

Wow the list of FBI points… incredible. And yes the fact that Peter said this is rare… FBI involved in state cases is telling. Think about it… if the FBI bought that Karen hit him… intentionally or not… sorry but they wouldn’t bother. Why would they? They only got involved because they knew this case was layered and nothing to do with a hit and run kill. They are infiltrating layers of a crime family.

MASSIVE. Proctor might even be a little fish in an enormous pond. The FBI wants that largest fish and bigger fish surrounding him.

Exactly, this is just as insanely obvious as Brian Sr. saying he was fooling around with Nicole (imagine that image ) and the phone was next to them and accidentally made a call to Higgins.

It’s amazing these people actually think these lies are passable. Like really? The jury is never buying any of this.

I honestly wish Lally was smarter than we think but I am not sure. I guess time will tell us if he is .

Yes, they can charge her with drinking and driving but then they have to charge everyone else. They all were drinking and driving.

I do agree with you though that the prosecution should have been open and honest with the family and telling them what case they have or do not have. I think Georgia has done this with the Markels. I know she is talking to them, updating them when it is relevant. She even made sure to not arrest Charlie while the kids were there to not traumatize them. That’s what a good prosecutor does.

I mean Karen is most probably 4-5 years younger than them but she looks like 10 years younger than them. She looks great for a 44 years old woman. And given the stress she has endured - the illnesses, this trial, she looks great.

I am currently watching cross. It is frustrating. He is laughing. I can tell you though - he is way smarter than Jen and better composed. He is even better composed than the Albert brothers. Not saying I believe him but he definitely knows how to avoid the defense questions in a very clever way. Not surprised because with his profession, stupid he is not. Not saying he is a good person, saying he is definitely prepared for this cross. Unlike others.

He has his faults like everyone else, but where it matters he’s pretty perfect… He admired Kris from the moment they started dating… Beautiful, intelligent, strong, capable. He’s never tried to take any of that away from her due to jealousy or feeling inadequate. He’s also an amazing father and has always been there for Anna and Sara.

He was very surprised because at this age I was talking stuff you don't expect people to know. Like you know better than me that therapy is usually to discuss personal issues. Not me. I was discussing brain function in therapy sessions. I was asking about brain chemistry, serotonin and processes surrounding it. My therapist wanted to do intelligence tests with me because he was surprised that I can follow him on these topics despite not having the education. And he actually wanted to see how my brain works. We never followed up on that because I started having side effects from the medication that I did not like so I stopped taking them. Not what I would recommend to people but for me it worked. The side effects went away and found other ways to manage things and I am much much much better now.
That is awesome. How long did you see him?

So sorry to be blunt here but when you see Higgins and then see Karen and you are like well Karen is 10 and he is 4 . I don't think she was interested in him but I do think she wanted to stroke her ego and kind of let some of the frustrations she had with John. I don't applaud her for this but I understand it.
I think you perfectly summed this up. Really, it makes sense since even he kept doubting it.

I think it’s actually quite natural people do this too.

Most probably to discus something about concealing or what to do with John? What do you think?
100% that. Maybe saying he was still there/dying. This was also around the time that the Google search took place about the cold and dying.

I hope they are and are worried every day that something bad might happened. They deserve it.

Oh yeah basically in this video Peter was asked if he will comment on the trial and he said yes. And I was like “I will definitely be for that”. He even asked his dad to comment on the trial. His father is also a lawyer but started as a prosecutor. So his dad basically said that a lot of times defense can claim that there is FBI investigation and this does not make it true but the letters released are fishy and weird and it shows some conflict for sure. Here are the letters - https://www.scribd.com/document/7007...aren-Read-case.

I do think Proctor is a small fish and I think even his supervisors know this because I think he will take the fall and the blame for all that. Again he was not protected at all.

I actually do not think that FBI got involved in this case because of Karen. I think they were investigating something and while doing it they found information that is relevant to this case and decided to share that information with the prosecution and defense. In the emails actually they are saying that this is exculpatory evidence that prosecution is obligated to share with defense. Which is why Peter was so alerted. It is rare you see those kind of discussions.

I can buy one butt dial that night. 1. But 3 people having butt dials in the same hour in the same city and those people miraculously were together 1 hour before said butt calls? My common sense tells me that is BS.
