Okay, so he really can't get out of the contract on his own (unless he quits and loses the money). If Snyder wants him basically he has to go through Pittsburgh.

He was born in VA and grew up about 3 hours from DC. That is the only connection I could see that might appeal to him.

It's not even about the Skins being awful. Why on earth would he want to coach under arguably the worst owner in the NFL? That's the part I couldn't see him remotely liking.
