I was opposite. I thought for sure we would see him again. Yes, having Dempsey back in any capacity is a good thing. It makes me furious with Landon that he gave up on soccer, especially knowing JK was fired. He could have found his way back on the Nat team. As usual, he just didn't want it bad enough.

I just hope someday (before it's too late) Altidore will be a bench player at most. I don't like his play and don't understand why he keeps making the team, even starting.

Karma definitely is a bi$ch. Not even counting his personal life, the injuries, while the arrogance continues. The Minnesota Vikings paid him way too much money over the years as is. But they still were loyal to him. Thankfully the Vikings didn't pick up the insane option and let him walk. However, his father cannot shut up, and Adrian obviously still believes he's worth a ton of money to play. Well, Minnesota doesn't think so and apparently neither did Seattle considering they took an overweight, out of shape, Lacy instead of you, Adrian. Oh, Peterson will end up somewhere, maybe even Oakland. But it blows my mind that the purple paid him so much money in the past...

He's an aging back with an injury history who fumbles, can't pass protect, can't catch out of the backfield and can't run out of shotgun formation. He still made a fortune with the Vikings. But seriously, it's no surprise why he's not drawing interest right now.

The round table just discussed how GUARD PLAY wins championships in this tournament and if you can have your guards take over for even 8 minutes, like totally dominate, you win.

Notre Dame looks pretty strong but it's turning out to be a close game for the final eight minutes. Virginia is darn lucky they went on that run because UNCW had them for a long stretch in that first half. So, it's anyone's game, one point game at half. Butler and Winthrop just got started.
