. What set him off? Btw I stopped the breast feeding at the age of 1 and half month. That was it. I just didn't want to do it and my mother never managed to teach me to do it.

Another funny story is that when they brought me home from the hospital they put a clout around my whole body (back then there were no diapers). So they wanted me to be warm and comfortable and put my hands/arms in the clout. Big mistake. I struglled with it for hour or two and pulled my arms and hands out of it. My mother told me that she never managed to put the clout this way on me again. Till today I sleep with my hands in the open. I have to be really really cold to put my hands and arms under the covers.

This was toward the end of his first grade year, and he had been clashing with the teacher all year long. She's a sweet lady, youngish, has young kids of her own and was always nice but they just did not get along at all. Jacob is just stubborn enough that if you don't know how to deal with him you are never going to get through to him, and she didn't know how to deal with him.

Anyway, one day he was doodling or reading or something and she kept telling him it was time to put it away and work on his assignment. She finally walked over there and took it away from him and told him to do his work. He yelled "Well f--- this!" and earned himself a trip to the principal's office.

To this day I don't even know where he learned that word.

Certainly not from any of us here at home. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't know what it meant (only being about 7 years old at the time) but I asked him and he was like "Yeah I know it's a bad word. I was mad."

I'm sure the teacher was laughing inside when she sent Jacob to the Principal's office. Of course if Jacob were older it wouldn't be as cute. lol

LOL!!!!!!!!!! Actually, no not shy at all. I think it's about the Sage Fire sign. Could do without the attention but the personality wouldn't allow it, even if she wasn't nervous or shy about it basically. LOL

How was your other Grandmother? The Grandfather you were close to that passed is your father's or mother's dad?

Father's dad

. As for the other grandmother the woman most probably doesn't even remember when I'm born. My mother parents think that I'm the youngest grandkid when I'm in the middle because I'm 3 months older than my cousin. They know my age because I'm born the same year as the guy (my cousin and actually their youngest grandchild). She wouldn't know basic stuff like what I eat and what not. We talk like once every 2 years and the conversation consists of how are you and that's it. As for her husband the question he last asked me is about my salary and I told him that it's not his business how much I get paid. My mother is not that close to them and I think that this transpired to me because I sensed this when I was still very young.

Taryn Jacob was so cute. How is he now with the teachers? Does he get frustrated at someone?

Sucks. Family can be a wonderful thing but I feel like everyone has to deal with some colorful family members. I have a couple of those too. I think because you have such a strong connection to your parents, you guys can mutually sense these things about certain family members and it's why you're naturally united when it comes to this aspect.

Definitely! Plus there are reasons for my mother to not be that close to them. It's not her choice, but subconsciously she goes there. And as I know bit part of the story I have felt this way since I was very young.

How are things going with your cousin? Still don't see him much? How much longer do you think he'll live with you?

I fell asleep rather early (for me) around 10 PM and woke up at 3 AM. My body is like, "That's all you need, go shower" so I listened.

Stomach is okay, still sensitive but better than I was a couple days ago.
