What did you say you think ex-boss and jerk are for types?

Interestingly I found article that claims that INFJs also have the talent to lead people. Would you see yourself in such role?

I think that the jerk is ESTJ. And the boss is some SP type maybe ESFP, but I am not sure. He is definitely not NT type because Intuition and thinking is not his style. He always wings it. He does not have the vision the Intuitive have. And most probably some of our conflicts were due to him being Sensor and me being Intuitive.

I’m already in that role at work, lol. My sister leads her entire lab of 40ish people. Even Anna’s boss called her a natural leader. So this applies for sure. I don’t know how it ends up that way because all three of us do not need the leadership position. It could be our energy, hard work? All three of us are also Capricorns and that might play a role as well.

It seems that the J types are the leaders. It seems that the Introversion/Extroversion factor is a lot less important compared to the Judging/Perceiving factor. It makes sense as Judging types are the ones into planning and organization.

No idea. I have always avoided her so I have no observations on her and I do not care about her. She is just the type of person I do not want to interact with. Most probably she is ESXX type or something. I do not care about those types :lmao: .

Makes sense. My niece's boss will rave about Anna to anyone who will listen. She's had the job since she was 16, she's 18 now. She has NEVER called in for social life or anything besides illness and when I say illness I mean high fever or GI bug. He said he's been a boss/manager for 20 years and has never witnessed such a responsible young woman. He said she's shy/quiet but the people love her, both the customers and co-workers and she silently leads by example. He basically described the INFJ personality. :lol: He also said he's going to be so sad when she leaves for college but that she has a job during breaks or whenever she desires. It's really cool.

I am so not surprised that Anna's boss loves her. She is so smart intelligent wise young lady. Everyone would want her as an employee.

Oh yeah :lmao: . For sure. After their talks with the higher ups they went to 2 hours long lunch with the architect. I am sure that they have discussed the situation.

It’s just very interesting because the three of us basically have similar roles at work and we’re like magnets to people. It’s funny how we never knew we had the same personality type. I just assumed since we’re all Capricorn we have similar ways of doing things. I do still think the Capricorn also plays a part. But all three of us being INFJ Capricorns is pretty amazing, lol. Sara said a part of her feels left out but now that she at least knows why she’s different than we are she likes that it makes sense, lol.

LOL They did? HR, too? They couldn’t have made it more obvious and the funny part is maybe HR and jerk might secretly blame ex-boss for filing the complaint. They might believe he caused these changes.

Sara is a bit different than the three of you but you kind of always felt this way. However I am still not sure if Sara is INTP or INTJ because she is way too assertive for INTP. INTP are quiet ones unless they get drunk :lmao: . INTJ are more prone to be assertive like her.

Without the HR because she is still in vacation. I do not believe that the complaint was my ex-boss' idea. I think that it was the HR's idea. I think that in her mind she imagined a conversation between her. my ex-boss and me where they explain me that I should not undermine his authority and blah blah blah. It obviously backfired on them.

She has a lot of empathy. She doesn’t let a lot of people see her emotions but she’s emotional. She will tell me about someone at school who was treated improperly and she’ll tear up. She feels very strongly about people and hates seeing them hurt. She goes there privately though... never lets others see it unless you're a close family member and it's not often. She is assertive (not shy and doesn't let people walk on her) but I'm not sure she fits INTJ overall? :shrug: She could be more of an emotional INTJ if that's possible? She is very smart and assertive, that is for sure.

I knew it!

My dad retook 16 personalities and he got ENFJ. I knew he wasn’t ENTJ. He’s far too sensitive. However, he took another test (not one I suggested) and got ESFJ. Of course he did these while I was sleeping on his own, lol. I wish I would have been up to guide him. I’m going to have him take those other two I took and it will determine which one he is. I just knew he wasn’t ENTJ. He’s way too sensitive and caring. I think he’s ENFJ over ESFJ though. We’ll see.
