In all fairness to Ephram, he had been through the wringer with the Amy/Colin situation at this point so I think he was guarding his heart and he didn't pick up on Amy's signals. Furthermore, he soon became involved and obsessed with Madison, and Amy was in the throes of her situational depression and then she was involved with Tommy, so the timing wasn't right for them then.

I actually loved Ephram’s reaction. He had a slight smile that was so cute. It was Madison who? from that point forward. Well, excluding 3.10. :irked:

I really started liking these two in the Pilot!!

I started at the end of S2… the finale and first scene ever was the mountain scene. Hooked instantly. It was over the summer. I watched the first two seasons with my mom days later. :love:

I had mixed feelings about Ephram and Amy is Season One as I felt that she initially just became friends with Ephram just to get him to ask his father to operate on Colin, and I didn't like how she basically dumped Ephram when Colin came back, but I was drawn to them and their chemistry right from the start.

You have to love that belt on Amy, and look, she's wearing jeans that aren't torn! What a concept! :lol: I'll never understand why these kids nowadays buy jeans that are all torn up.

I'm thinking that this was a behind the scenes picture as I don't recall ever seeing Ephram wearing glasses.

I also loved that her belts were hip huggers and she looked so cute in those jeans.

I feel her original intention was obviously to get close to him so Andy would take over Colin’s case but literally from the start she felt a connection to Ephram and it scared her. This is how spiritual connections work… so strong and overwhelming it can scare you. This is how I felt Amy’s feelings for Ephram happened… immediately.

So while her original intention practically before the Browns arrived in Everwood was to get close to the son of the famous NYC neurosurgeon, the second she was at school with Ephram during their first (not a coincidence) meeting Amy felt an instant connection to Ephram that was so strong… a feeling of I’ve known this guy for longer than the minutes I’m talking to him sort of way. Her feelings were immediate.

Emily has such a nice body (a dancers body) she can wear anything and look flawless. I’ve always loved Amy’s belt look.

:lol: Yes buying jeans ripped have been “in” for a while with the Generation Z crowd. Thankfully it fades by the time they hit college. I know this due to Anna and Sara. :lol:

This was definitely before actual filming. :)
