The Anti-Madison Thread
I hate Madison soooooooo much. She is so pushy condescending and annoying. Ephram is WAY to old to have a babysitter. The way she treats him is ridiculous. The storyline is ridiculous. I can't believe that she would have the nerve to tell off Andy (her boss). If that happened in real life she would have been fired on the spot. Her character is annoying and unrealistic. I hope to NOT see her in future episodes. Please fire her now.

Really? I like Madison. I thought it was hilarious how she was talking to Andy and Ephram when they were fighting.

You are sooooooo right. She is one of the worst charecter I have ever seen on Everwood. I thought Ephram was totaly right about her. I think somthing special is going to connect between Ephram and Madison . But what do I know. I hope it dosen't happen. That would mean that she would stay longer.

She really wasn't that bad. Her reason for being there is very realistic. How long could they USE poor Nina for a babysitter.
And I thought it was great that she told Andy and Ephram how things were... Someone needs to. If his wife were still alive, it would have been her. It all adds conflict, and the show can't strive without conflict. Just look at it this way, at least it's not a "will they or won't they" story line like Dawson's Creek. |

Welcome, Arwen9000
I'm going to change this thread title to the Anti-Madison thread but please remember our rule of not bashing the actress -maria __________________

I do have one bone to pick with her. I think her 'talk' with Andy and Ephram, after putting Delia to sleep, was definately uncalled for. She is the babysitter, *not* the mother, *not* the new woman of the house, her responsibilities end with Delia, just as Ephram says.
Especially on her third day working for the Browns, she has no right to find faults and call them, 'the sorriest men' she has ever laid eyes on. Of course, Delia's "rebellion" is a factor on whether or not to keep Madison. Looks like she'll be staying in the house. Oh joy. __________________

Did anyone see the previews for next week? I think she is way too old to be a love interest for Ephram, they're just worlds apart.

I don't hatethe character of Madison, but it sort of irks me that she seems to just know it all. She doesn't seem human sometimes.

oh, yes, her condescending attitude makes me want to hurl something at the tv. I can't stand her know-it-all act, either.
But, I do feel the chemistry between her and Ephram. Who knows how that will turn out. __________________

I don't despise her....ok well actually I sorta do. It's like she's this perfect person that never makes a mistake...whatever!
I really don't like the little "love match" with Ephram, either. __________________

I think Madison did the right thing by telling Andy and Ephram off. Plus she's there for Delia who needs a friend/older female role model as she growing up.
As for a love interest for Ephram, I don't see it. He was way rude to her. But it won't last. Bandbabe |

I think she has potential, as in this week's episode where she helped Ephraim realize what was bothering Delia. And Andy probably can use some help around the house. I just wish she wasn't quite so condescending and know it all. I think they need to soften her a little and also have her make some mistakes as well. Either that or make her a total witch so we can all love to hate her
