They are exes and Felicity knew Noel tried to kiss her and has feelings. It was all kinds of wrong. Elena was out of town. It shouldn’t have been just the two of them alone.

Michelle I am reading your comments just FYI. but not really gonna comment on aynthing cuz i haven't rewatched the eps yet. I will try to go back and reply to some stuff but prob. wont get to a lot of it cuz your posts are so long lol. And I might be behind 3/4 eps by the time I get to 401. Just wanted to let you know so you dont think I am skipping your posts or anything, I am reading them all!

Ben and Felicity should have broken up last season yes. And I might understand Felicity more if it was just a kiss, but sleeping with Noel? Someone she used to date that Ben has had issues with before? Such a bad look. Like, so incredibly bad. And just Felicity going back and forth between them is just so annoying to me.

To be honest, all this crap between B/F makes me dislike them a bit as a couple. I will always ship BF and they will be my otp on the series, but in comparison to other shows and pairings, I really am not a fan of how they are being written. Constantly making mistakes, cheating, breaking up and getting back together, and this never ending triangle is just really annoying and a this point in the show I am really pissed off. I really hate season 4. lol. And it just gets worse.



Michelle, try to stick to 1 a week. Because by the 27th that means you will only be 4 eps ahead at most and i can catch up quick to that.

I completely agree about Avery versus Madison. There is a big difference between the two characters. Madison was insufferable, but not intentionally, while Avery had horns growing from her head.

Definitely, BF should have broken up last season after the Avery nightmare and taken time to figure things out separately and then together. They still could have had Ben go away for the summer too and even revisited the dumb triangle but without the cheating.

Man, S4 getting worse sucks. I thought the cheating would be the worst part.

I don't necessarily agree with that assessment. I think she goes through a reckoning that is very necessary. I find the other hurdle 4b unnecessary tbh. But, I love F/B despite their being so messy. I enjoy my ships that way.

The thing is, I haven’t had the advantage of even watching S4 so I’m analyzing based on what I’ve seen from S3 and only one episode of S4. So as the story evolves, I’ll have a more accurate and in-depth analysis about it. But right now I’m only going by what I’ve seen so far. I have absolutely no idea what happens in 4.2 or how any of this evolves.

I cant say I like messy ships. I like passionate, angsty, bantering etc. but cheating is a BIG no for me. Big no. Season 4 really ruined Felicity for me and also F/B which is a shame. I loved the show so much until that.

B/F should have been broken up when he left for the summer. It would have been so much better that way imo.

The cheating is bad but this other storyline I am thinking is equally as bad if not worse imo.

yeah cheating on each other is fine. I still managed to leave this kind of still loving F/B but not as much as my other ships.

They are still in my top ten, but I love my other pairings more cause there was never a noel.

I logically try to explain it away with Felicity. Glad Felicity isn’t suffering from Joey Potter syndrome (has to be this Goddess who does no wrong) but it would have been better having them break up at the end of S3. Felicity could have told him her life was a bundle of confusion (maybe mention Avery and not over the hurt) and she needed time. He could have left and Felicity could have spent time with Noel over the summer. Not even having sex but exploring feelings and time together but at the end figuring out best friends has always been their identity. Technically would not have been cheating, and the triangle could’ve been sorted by the start of S4.

Well, I found the other options but you still have to pay a little for them so she’s going to buy the DVDs.

Well they have Ben do something to offset this (although it happens in a less messy way imo). It's not cheating but the repercussions are something. IDK if its the magic of Keri and Speedy, but I still love this couple. I don't expect perfection and you'll never hear me going on about how much I love a pairing cause oh they are not toxic. Messy is my jam, toxic not so much. But, I can't do boring.

I blame the writers the most. I just think it could’ve been written much differently and still had a chance if they wanted to explore Felicity and Noel off screen before S4. Noel is so horrible though.

Ben and Felicity I’ve always believed are the definition of twin flames. As early as our S1 watch I mentioned how messy twin flames are. This is your ultimate companion. As a result, the closeness is so intense it gets scary and you can hurt the person terribly.

The point being is sometimes you do hurt the ones you are closest to. Sometimes closeness and energy gets intense and in order to put out the fire, you can sabotage at times until you get things right.

So the cheating does not surprise me given what I think spiritually Ben and Felicity are together. I know I’m talking super out there now, but I don’t for a second believe Ben and Felicity aren’t totally in love still. They are only in love with each other.

I’ve only seen one episode (4.1) and STILL don’t see Felicity having romantic feelings for Noel. The sex was like a “treatment” for how overwhelmed she felt at that moment. Not right at all though. But she wasn’t acting on her feelings for Noel or anything.

Matter of fact, for as much as I dislike Noel at times and I've only seen 4.1, even if inevitably Ben and Felicity are going to take a hit, Noel is the one that will lose the most given that stupid cheating sex. No way will Felicity want a relationship with him. She never did! And Ben will hate him. The twin flames of Ben and Felicity are destined to repair their relationship... Noel is the idiot that will be out in the cold. Maybe a friendship with Felicity much later down the line but overall he is the one the most screwed.

Ben and Felicity are still one of my top ships. I cannot help it. They are spiritually written. That automatically pulls me in.

Ephram and Amy are always number one for me. But Ben and Felicity are top 3 along with Lucas and Peyton. Speaking of Lucas and Peyton... they were messy. LOL. They cheated together but of course that was different since Brooke was betraying Peyton the entire time and cheated with Nathan too. It was different.

Yes, true about Lucas and Peyton. They never cheated on each other thankfully. Of course dumb Lucas wanted to make things very messy going to Brooke essentially for sex after the CA stuff. I guess they broke up then (since he ran away) but thankfully Brooke had the sense not to go there. It is possible Peyton would have felt it was cheating given the circumstances. Lucas was ready and willing using Brooke right then.
