I hope so as well. But like you said, we can hope but anything Republican makes it doubtful. My hope is Moderates will join the Democrats and finally realize while you might not totally agree with the left, voting Republican ever again is not an option. If this took place the Republicans would never win a big election ever again.

This is all so true. I would say Reagan started it, Newt Gingrich and the Tea Party Lunatics added to it, and Trump finished it, giving rise to the extremist Republican lunatics and their supporters.

Other countries think America is a joke, and it is. We have the most school shootings, ridiculous "health care" and now all this BS with religion and controlling women. Like yes, obviously there are countries even worse, but considering we're supposed to the THE LAND OF THE FREE like... how??

It has baffled me for a long time how anyone, especially women, can vote Republican.

But this is the absolute determining factor… we will see the Republicans vote today. If after their pathetic voting happens and I hear anyone stick up for the Republican Party to my face I will just laugh and maybe even suggest they get their sanity in order.

That’s a great summary. Like I said, I remember family meals hearing my extended family angered over Reagan, they hated him so much. The next horrible step of Gingrich and Tea Party made things even worse and then arrived Trump. What a pathetically dark story. What boggles my mind is the clueless American people that didn’t realize or care this destructive process had been in the works for decades and contributed to it by giving this vile party their support. It was like feeding a monster.

That’s a great point. There’s the extremists and traditional Republicans but even if we’re talking traditional ones who hate Trump like Liz Cheney… she’s still in favor of taking away women’s rights and all the other Republican- Reagan-like filth the party represents. At the end of the day they’re all the same.
