Thanks! Oranges . I don't eat that much grapefruits as well. They have some biterness that I don't enjoy that much .

I take Lipitor and grapefruit counteracts that medication.

Yum, that looks delicious!

Yes, grapefruit and certain medications are a big no no. I have no idea what the science is behind this but it's absolutely true.

So I think that I found a great way of making something like chocolate mousse at home and I wanted to share my recipe. I'm quite content with the result so you might like it as well.

Ingredients:

cacao - 1 measurement spoon
shredded coconut - 2 measurement spoons
refrigerated bananas
some hazelnuts

I added Stevia because I thought that it won't be sweet, but the bananas are enough. Next time I won't add Stevia .

So you mix the ingredients in the blender until you get creamy look. I added some more chopped hazelnuts to have cream with chopped hazelnuts. I put in the freezer, but I think that this could be used also as topping for cake or something. It's really delicious. I think that the hazelnuts and the coconut bring great taste to this mixture.

Koni, this sounds like a yummy dessert that's not filled with empty calories. Healthy ingredients! I'm going to try it.

Yum, this is something I have to try. I love how you come up with healthy recipes that are all natural. I can always eat every ingredient in your recipes.

When it comes to desserts I go the raw vegan gluten free way . So I try to use natural ingredients as much as possible. I also try to follow the food separation rules so it's really difficult to come up with recipe that fits all those requirements .

This one turned out well though. Well at least for me. I like it a lot.

I hope that you guys will like it too!

I used unsweetened , but I guess it could go either way. This is why I thought that I might need Stevia because of the plain cocoa, but the bananas handed it well and I think that the hazelnuts helped as well.

Then I'll use unsweetened. It's better for me. There's enough sugar in the bananas and coconut.
