It's so interesting because we hear the famous quote from Lucas always being in love with Peyton Sawyer...

The show continued to spell it out to us that Lucas/Peyton were going to end up together. It was so obvious no matter the circumstance.

What's amazing is stupid Lindsey read his words and still thought she had a shot with him.

I love how Brooke states Lucas has a history of throwing himself into the wrong relationship especially when he can't admit who he loves. Of course she is right on. Brooke would know since he threw himself with her not once but twice due to his love for Peyton.
