Yeah, although I'm sure others have sent requests to mention it already, like someone did with Ausiello. But I'll do 'em just in case. Oh, and Amy (TV Gal) e-mailed back to say that she is excited hopes to mention it soon (I don't really know what that means, hee, either she will or won't, but I take it to mean that she will mention it).

And :lol: to the "sales ranking"! I'm slow. :blush:

And if you think about it, the release date is perfect: being when all the TV shows end for the season, time to watch an old classic.

Love the cover art. And not just because of EA (but seriously - awesome!) but also because it fits the same theme as S1, so they will match and go together! :yay:

Its ironic though: The actual season 2 was pretty dark...kinda depressing(in a good way though....that made more sense in my head), but the cover art is all bright and happy.

To be honest, I thought they would've put Tom on the cover, given all the Abbott SL's going on. Still love it though!

Ooh, great point. I'll definitely be spending my summer infront of the TV watching the DVDs on loop, hee.

I love the cover art too. The green really fits the show, and the matching really works too.

Random question, no limits: did Marcia Cross being on Everwood have anything to do with either liking Everwood, or liking Desperate Housewives?

I miss Tom Amandes on the box too. Although it's better than putting all the big name actors of the season (Marcia Cross, Philip Baker Hall, James Earl Jones, Betty Davis, etc) and marketing it as a wacky epic mini-series to catch a few suckers, hee.

I'm a bit offended by your question ( :lol: just kidding! ) because I've been a fan of Everwood since I saw the first promo. So, Marcia Cross didn't render my ability to be a fan. But, also... with DH, I didn't put the two together when I first watched. It became quite a treat to find out after I had gotten into DH, honestly.

Guys, the show's main concept was about Father & Son, and it's only fitting that this DVD and others to follow mainly highlight Ephram/Andy. But, it was a nice touch to include EA on the bottom :love:

Oh, I definately agree. But its like Berlanti said, there are kind of like these 4 pillars to the show and they'd be Treat, Tom, Greg, and Emily, and given Tom and Emily's increased exposure, I'm kind of surprised he wasn't included on the front. Especially when Ephram and Amy had very little interaction this season.

Hee, I mostly meant to ask if she played any role in like Desperate Housewives, but I figured I'd include the other one. Maybe because my goal as mod is to offend everyone at some point. ;) Hee, no, but that's awesome that you've been such a long-standing fan! That predates most of us current regulars!

I thought it was interesting that they included the Ephram/Amy scene from the very last episode of season two. Kind of a spoiler right on the cover for the small, but still surprising, amount of fans who haven't seen past the first DVD, heh. But it is iconic and gorgeous, so it really fits. Back to shadow's point about the darkness, it's also interesting that they include one of the major happy moments of the season. Probably a smart idea to not put Emily with her Bangs of Sadness and crying her eyes out on the cover, of course. :lol:

I can't say I was a fan all through out. I lost touch mid s1, for some reason :shrug: And so I had to download all of s1 over the summer, watched it all - every season after I was a regular watcher on Mondays and then the move to Thursdays.

Yes, the season three DVD cover needs more crying, hee. Ooh, they could put that scene between Harold and Amy where Harold breaks down on. That will appeal to..people who like to cry over incredibly depressing scenes! :D As one of the extras, the DVD could come with a box of Kleenex. They have got to put us in charge of marketing these things, I swear. ;)

You're right, Leo! It looks like Ephram has an abnormal growth coming out of the bottom of his neck! I hope it's operatable!

I'm sure that it's just an optical illusion.

S3 should have Ephram/Andy on the roof in NYC, IMO.

And S4 should have the EA ferris wheel on the bottom. :)

On the Season 3 cover...I wish they would also include the E/A airport kiss somewhere on the bottom. That was a great kiss. :D

I've had the worst cold I've had in years. I guess this one was making up for it. After spending days in my bedroom(where I think I exhausted every thing to do to waste time in half a day), I decided to get on the computer. And what should I find to make this awful existence of the last few days go away?. SEASON 2 OF EVERWOOD IN JUNE!!!!.

When they said "sometime in 2009", I figured that = December. This is a great news!. 40 minutes of deleted scenes!. And a beautiful cover!. What a great day to what has been a miserable week. :)
